This is my personal, but now very public, journey into losing my post-baby weight. I've joined the ranks of millions of women in the joyful plight of motherhood. The only thing that sucks other than late nights and dirty diapers is the fact that I've gained in total about 105 pounds with both pregnancies. As a one-time aerobics instructor, I'm the best at giving out advice and the worst at taking it.
Losing weight is only half of my goal. The other half of the challenge to losing weight is keeping it off! I'm on a mission to change my habits and the way that I think about food. Feel free to join me; what have you got to lose other than post-baby fat?
