Here’s exactly what happens next:

1. Open this Google Form and watch the short posture video attaching inside of the form. 

2. Include your name and a good email address that your review video can be sent to.

3. Upload your posture video into the Google Form. Make sure that you are wearing legging/shorts and a tight fitted shirt/sports bra so I can clearly see your alignment.
